Thank you for your interest in our products!

As a customer, you can make use of the statutory right of withdrawal.

Up to two weeks after you have received the products, you can return them without having to give a reason.

SHIPPING

At the moment we ship our products only to Germany and Spain. If you are not located in one of those countries and would still like to purchase a product, please feel free to contact us at: Shop@kaleomadrid.com

Shipping prices are between 3,5€ and 6€ depending on the content and size of the shopping cart and are clearly marked before the purchase is completed.

Since we are not a wholesale company, shipping time can range from 3 to 10 business days.  However, we strive to improve our processes so that you receive your products as quickly as possible.
