After you have received the confirmation mail for the Academy, we ask you to pay the full amount of 3200€ within 4 weeks.

Family Discount: 10% Tuition Reduction
A 10% tuition discount is available for immediate family members attending a Kaleo School during the same program period. Immediate family members include a spouse, parent, child, sibling, or grandparent.
The discount applies to tuition only and does not apply to the deposit.

WITHDRAWAL & REFUND POLICY
If a student chooses to withdraw from the school, they are responsible for any remaining tuition, with any eligible refund taken into account.
Students who withdraw voluntarily and have already paid their tuition in full may be considered for a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
The school is divided into three equal three-month periods, and any refund will be calculated based on the periods that have not yet begun at the time of withdrawal.
Students who are dismissed from the school are not eligible for a refund.

PART-TIME WORK
We encourage all of our students to save up or build their own financial support network in order to participate in the Academy. The Academy is a full time training program and having the spare time to process and practice will enable you to maximize your growth during these 9 months.

We also understand that some international students, coming from outside the EU might need to work in addition to finance their Academy year. If this is the case for you, we ask you to present in your application your plan on how you want to finance your time in Spain and we will be happy to find a week-schedule that works together with your needs in this season. We will decide on every case individually and still encourage our international students to build-up a support network in addition.
VISA
STUDENTS FROM THE EU
If you are applying and are resident within the Schengen states, moving within Europe will be uncomplicated. Shortly after your arrival, you will be able to apply for your NIE card and register yourself as living in Spain. After your application we will provide you with the necessary links to find out more information and plan your next steps.

For students from outside the EU, there are different visa options. Every student is responsible for their own visa applications, but we are happy to share our experiences from past visa applications with you.
